Frequently asked questions

What's included in a Pili vacation package?
A Pili vacation package lets you combine round-trip flights, hotel stays, and rental cars. Many hotels in Pili offer convenient amenities for your trip; for instance, around 4 in 10 properties provide airport shuttle service, often connecting to Daraga (DRP-Bicol Intl.) airport. You'll also find that around 1 in 3 hotels include free breakfast, which can be a great value during your stay.

Exactly what's included will vary by hotel and package, so it's worth reviewing the details before you confirm your booking.
How can I save money on a Pili vacation package?
When you bundle, you can save up to 30%*. To save money on a Pili package, consider traveling during the quieter months or be flexible with your dates to find more options. Bundling your flights and hotel together often unlocks savings compared to booking separately. *Members only. Savings vary.
Is Pili better suited for a beach vacation or a cultural trip?
A Pili vacation is primarily suited for cultural exploration, urban experiences, and outdoor adventures. As a central urban destination, Pili offers a blend of historical sites and natural attractions.

Travelers can explore landmarks like the historic Saint Raphael Archangel Parish Church, dating back to 1819, or the Filipino-Japanese Friendship Landmark, which commemorates local history. For those seeking nature, Mount Isarog, a dormant volcano and national park, provides opportunities for trekking, while Buhi Lake offers scenic views about 25 miles from central Pili. The urban center also features shopping at places like SM City Naga, about 12 miles away.

Do you need to rent a car in Pili, or is public transport enough?
For a Pili vacation package, public transportation is available for getting around the immediate urban area. Local options include 4x4s, tricycles, multicabs, and motorcycles, which can be convenient for shorter distances within the city.

However, if your Pili vacation packages with flights include plans to explore attractions further afield, such as SM City Naga (about 12 miles away), Buhi Lake (about 25 miles away), or Mount Isarog, a rental car offers greater flexibility and convenience. This allows you to set your own schedule and easily reach sights outside the central urban area.
Are there vacation package hotels in Pili within walking distance of restaurants and shops?
Yes, a Pili vacation package can include hotels conveniently located near shopping and dining options. Several properties are within easy walking distance of SM City Naga, a major mall that houses various shops and restaurants.

Actual walking routes may differ from straight-line distances, so it's always a good idea to check the map for your selected hotel.
Can I change or cancel my Pili vacation package if my plans change?
