It was an amazing hotel. The best I have ever stayed anywhere in the world so far. Amazing service, awesome pool, good city views what else you could ask for. This is the 2nd time I stayed at Vivanta Pune. The service is just excellent. Their attention to our needs is amazing!!
A young woman who works at the Reception and was our "go to" person. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. She even called Expedia and Taj Reservations to make sure we got a refund for the extra night that we'd made by mistake. I was blown away by her professionalism and care for us.

This was a great stay. We were able to make short notice arrangements for a group breakfast and a group lunch with a private room set up. They were very accommodating. The food in the Momo Cafe was very good. The beds were comfortable with a western style mattress vs. the harder Indian style we have experienced in other local hotels. All in all, great stay.
