The hotel staffs are very nice. They helped us with everything we need. The hotel is very clean and nice. The town is very Quiet and the locals there are very nice. We like the breakfast. This is very affordable. It is located in the center of the town of Kaysersberg Which is only 15 to 20 minutes from Colmar.

I cannot fault the James Boutique hotel - walkable distance to city centre, staff so helpful offering recommendations for places to visit. The room/ toilet were spotless and well laid out. Finally the best breakfast I’ve had with all local produce. Would highly recommend.

Very nice and convenient location, across the gare (station). The old and new center are at 15 minutes walking distance.
The property itself is rather old and could use renovation. Bad room is very outdated. Even though we booked a suitable room for 3 person, the accommodation for the third bed was very poor (portable bed, very bad matras) and rendered the door unable to close and closet unusable.
Despite the great location I would not book this hotel again.
