"The house is lovely with big rooms and the most stunning view. Plunge pool very welcome - with temperatures above average for the season. The lack of upstairs loo would be the only minor criticism. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so peaceful and with excellent entertainment from the wildlife. It is a drive to anywhere from here for shopping/restaurants etc but just beautiful. "The property, the views and the host were simply superb. It's the perfect location for just sitting and staring out over the valley below to the Pic du Midi de Bigorre in the distance OR as a base camp for great bike rides, hikes and marché hopping. The only warning, applicable mainly to US visitors, is that you are expected to bring your own bed sheets and towels. Highly recommend; we hope to return soon!"
