The afternoon/evening desk clerk, Will, was very personable. He called me (and everyone else) by name and said to just call should I have any needs. He clearly loves his job and is a great asset to the company.

Everything was well suited for us. It worked out very well. Communication was good, location was nice and it had everything we needed to function for our stay as a group of 10.
