There's nothing better than waking up to the view and sound of blue ocean waves rolling onto the beach! At Point Prospect Shores, you can enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from your bedroom, or while enjoying an evening on the back deck. This condo is truly the perfect place for a fun and relaxing vacation. There are great amenities including tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground and a boat ramp, located just across the street in the rest of the community area. Beach access is also just steps away for a day in the sun, or you can spend the day lounging at the pool! A Premier Linen Package is included with your reservation. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Located on the 3rd floor of building C
-Boat Slips are available for rent with Beacons Reach Marina, please reach out to Spectrum Rental Properties for contact information (the slip is not provided, there is an additional fee)
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Only 2 parking passes allowed
-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)
