“Hard to say anything good. Initially, I couldn't get the door open. The lock was lose and wiggled. Once inside, the carpet appeared soiled. And it got worse. The lamp between the bed didn't work. I found it was unplugged. Plugging it in worked. We couldn't get the TV to connect to any channels. The ring for the smoke detector was empty. Looking on a shelf, there appeared to be a smoke detector. The toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop the flow for the tank to……

“We went back in the allotted time frame to let the staff know our room was not ok to stay in and they refused to refund us our money even though we followed their POSTED time frame and process for doing so. We informed them we did not want the room and followed all of the steps and they would not work with us.”
