Comes with 2 BR on the first floor, one bathroom with shower, central HVAC, city water, washer/dryer, antenna TV with 20 channels, (does get local stations from Lexington), DVD player, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. All the comforts of home. Upstairs is a lovely sitting area. Each bedroom has a full size bed. Cottage has delightful covered back porch area with relaxing, tranquil view. Outside is a firepit and charcoal grill. Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING INDOORS. May bring 2 additional children if want to bring an air mattress for the loft. No loud parties. Owner lives in area and has made this a stellar property. There was plenty of light, both natural and lighting in the cottage. The location was secluded and private. I didn't like that how far from things didn't seem accurately represented. The 2nd bedroom was misrepresented by a different view of the 1st bedroom. The 2nd bedroom wasn't as private since the kitchen had a window that previously looked outside as a person washed dishes. No problem until the 2nd bedroom was added, and the window at the sink wasn't closed off. It was wide open with nothing more than a fabric curtain dividing it from the kitchen. Not cool. Some of the other photos need updating, but the issue with the 2nd bedroom is what bothered me the most.
