"Bill and Pat have one of the best designed, cared for, and well stocked VRBO residences we have stayed in. All our other VRBO rentals are measured against our experience with them! As guests, we can’t ask for more! This trip was unfortunately shortened by the wildfire smoke that blanketed our state. An as Duluth slowly repairs the poor street conditions of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, we were dealing with detours and construction. "

"Was a bit leery when I pulled up but the room was charming. Nicely updated, very clean with lots of extras like full size fridge and coffeemaker, micro and huge fluffy towels. Comfy bed and nice recliner with an outdoor seating/bbq area as well. Great location with bike and hiking trails right behind the building. "

"Beautiful hotel with convenient stores/restaurants close by. The location of the hotel is not hectic with decent amount of parking. Very clean and spacious rooms and the outdoor lobby is perfect for enjoying with family. This is the very few hotels that offers a hot tub!
