We had an incredible stay! So much thought and care was put into all of our daily interactions with the friendly staff who went way above our expectations. Small details, such as packing a lunch for us when we left early for a day trip, and countless daily offerings of local treats to try, made for a special and unforgettable experience. Enjoyed our stay, lovely grounds, super helpful staff that had great English speaking and were always on hand to help. The free private shuttle by the hotel was very helpful in getting us to and from the Great Wall the breakfast was great a good mix of eastern and western food!

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Four seasons, Beijing. Rooms are large especially the bathroom was huge! Staff went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast had many wonderful options. Only thing needs improvement is the WiFi connection which was very slow. Otherwise rating 5 stars."
