The best part is the location beach front. The staff were not too friendly and they are good at saying no to their hotel guests. There’s construction everywhere. No reliable television service. Food is mediocre for the price. They charge for everything even for ice. They need more training in hospitality because we felt not too welcome during our stay.

Bellagio Hotel is a hidden gem in the country with the most beautiful scenery and landscape, there is a restaurant inside the premise without any elevator to catch or drive to similar to how Hawaii once was.
A wonderful lady manager name Mira made our stay comfortable and welcome along with her staff.

well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive.
The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old.
I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady.
The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath.
there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated properly.
and it is really far from the downtown and other area! in the middle of nowhere.

"The faucets are loose and about to fall off when you turn to open water. The air-conditioning unit barely work, this the room is so hot. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room.
