Staff were simply oustanding and looked after us during the stay. Great room with balcony, comfortable best shower so far in our tour of India. Excellent restaurant with tasty fòod. Again lovely staff in the kitchen area.

A Gem of a Place in Thekkady

Outstanding place that exceeded our expectations. Great location with lushly landscaped grounds. The property sits on a hillside with terraced levels. You can walk or take their van up and down the grounds. The restaurant at the top of the hill has excellent food with great views. Above all, it was the hotel staff that made the stay memorable - every person was helpful, courteous and well-trained. We especially appreciated Harris and Jacob.

A unique property with beautiful forest views. Staff were very friendly and property is well maintained. The pool area could be a bit better maintained. Breakfast was lovely and staff very accommodating. You have to take transport to town but not too far.

A Delightful Eco-Escape

It is without a doubt the staff that make this such a pleasure to stay in. Nothing is too much trouble, they always have a smile for you and are so polite and respectful. The location is lovely, try and get rooms higher up the hill as you are away from the road noise then. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The property occupies a great position just outside town and is therefore within easy reach of the town, but peacefully away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is laid out very thoughtfully, well planned and in very good condition with great views from so many positions especially the restaurant and pool area at the top of the valley. Individual accommodation is just that with large balconies and large rooms al very well equipped. The restaurant, spar and reception are all well laid out. The menu is thoughtful, varied and caters for all prepared and served by excellent and attentive staff. The servicing of rooms was top quality. Such a wonderful setting and property could so easily be simply good, but is made exceptional at all levels by the staff who from management through to room service were always on hand, attentive, helpful and friendly.
