The first night we stayed there was a woman screaming in the hallway and slamming doors at 3am. And the beds are not very good. The room was okay but the bed is uncomfortable.

This hotel was a disgrace. Arrived in the am and told the unprofessional working at the counter that we were going to Pirates game snd that we would be back after the game was over. We we arrived we were told that they gave our room away to someone else even though we had reservation. The night clerk just laughed. We had no place to go. What a horrible experience.

The girl at the front desk barely spoke English making communication difficult. Our bathroom had ants and the shower curtain wasn't long enough so the floor got soaked and dangerous. The air conditioner didn’t work. We expected clean towels and beds made but got neither. The location was good but i would never recommend the place.

You get what you pay for. The sofa bed had so many stains on it I didn’t want to sit my bag on it. The tub had stains the bathroom had stains on the wall. The carpet was better than I expected. They can use some updating and paint.

The room was in okay shape; there was some damage to the bathroom wall near the floor but it didn't effect the bathroom use. I'm not sure what was up with the hotel toiletries; the shampoo and conditioner gave my hair a weird tacky feeling. The tub was also a little narrow and the showerhead didn't have much pressure. The sheets on the bed felt damp. We checked in around 5pm and hadn't gotten in the bed until about 3am, so I'm sure it had been a while since housekeeping had changed them. I'm not sure if they just weren't dried completely or if the humidity in the room had caused it (the AC hadn't been on and it was very humid when we first arrived). Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the fridge and microwave worked, which was all we really needed.
