About this space
The Prosecco Room is an exquisite home that features an industrial-chic decor created using recycled and reused materials. Walk atop the original hardwood floors past exposed brick walls to spread out in the huge living area.
The space
If you have ever wondered what loft living in a real warehouse would be like this is the space for you! Original hardwood floors and brick walls make the perfect backdrop for a recycled and reused esthetic. That topped with the owners creative vision to custom make the chandelier, the coffee table, and the unique sink and tub interpretation is a must see to believe.
Guest access
Guests are permitted to be on the first and second floors of building 3. This area includes the loft and the light well area that houses the hot tub. All other areas in the building are restricted and alarm activated.
Other things to note
We live in the building as well so we are available. The northside community we live in is historic and a dreamy walking area. We are also close to the T which takes you downtown for free! There are 5 museums within in walking distance of our loft. With notice 2 passes can be made available for the Andy Warhol and the Mattress Factory. As an additional bonus we provide a welcoming bottle of wine, an assortment of bathrobes to choose from, and shampoos and soaps for your convenience!
