"Lovely stay with helpful staff. Our room was huge and had a sea view. It’s located right near the ramparts and you can stroll along the water or take a short walk into town. Breakfast and aperitivo on the terrace were well done. We parked on the street, just down from the hotel. Even if there was parking in the description, our standard sedan couldn’t get into the parking and we were told that only car as Fiat Uno can. We had to pay 10Euro per parking day outside. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. "We had a wonderful stay at the resort and even extended it by a night, without issue. The grounds are gorgeous and we especially loved the pool area. It was perfect for our little children, ages 2 and 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also excellent. It is in a good location to explore many beautiful sites like Erice, San Vito Lo Capo and Scopello. We hope to return in the future! "
