Had another great stay at Hotel Winters. Came in hot for a dinner event nearby and our room was ready, bright, clean and new. Very friendly front desk staff greeted us kindly and even offered us a glass of wine - which was well received! Nice bar and restaurant - Carboni’s. Parking was easy with a well-lit lot attached and no charge for that. Beautiful night.

We showed up at 1 and the room was not ready. We were told to come back at 4 and when we did, the room was still not ready. The guy at the front desk was less than helpful and lacked a personality. The room was nice but the front desk was horrible
