"A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road. "

"Lovely spotlessly clean room with large balcony. Food and service was superb . Excellent breakfast. . Our only disappointment was the small internal bar area which lacked atmosphere - and sometimes staff ! We will happily stay again on our next visit to the Vendee."

Dinner menu a bit limited esp. for younger children and on the ‘fancy’ end of the spectrum (and some dishes were rather style over substance). Can eat out or get takeaway pizza in the next village.
