“We had a great vacation! It was a short stay for us. Our kids would have loved to stay longer. We enjoyed the views of the lake and having a private beach area.”

“It’s a very nice put together area. The outdoor spaces were perfect. The indoor areas were great as well.”

“Property was clean and inviting and fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!”

“This sweet little getaway spot was everything I needed for a 2-day conference nearby. It sports rustic charm and peace and quiet. “If you want a place with peace and tranquility, this is your place! Harlen is a great host and very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have had. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area!”

“Great location.”

“Very walkable to go out for dinner and drinks. A little loud below on the street until late but it didn’t bother us. We have family that just moved to town so we will definitely stay there again.”

“We have stayed in this house a couple of times now and if works perfectly with so many beds and rooms, along with the bigger kitchen and dining area. Close proximity to UNI makes it easily accessible. Hope to continue to stay here regularly. The house has character and history too which always makes it fun.”

“Great location to walk to downtown Cedar Falls.”

“Loved this place - convenient if needing to be in Cedar Falls or Waterloo!! Very clean & comfortable. Will rebook to stay again!!”

“Great stay”

“The location of this VRBO was great, very close to downtown with parking offerred. However the listing makes the space look nicer than it is. There are dishes provided, however just piled in the corner, cheap dishes. No toiletries included. There were also holes in our drywall.”
