Location is great. It is very clean and has everything you need. However, the shower leaked so much it was difficult to keep up when 3 people needed to shower and toaster did not work. I contacted management and nothing was done. Overall it was good.

Very central location in Madrid. Right across from a subway station. Easy to catch taxi also in front of the hotel. It is a busy thorough fare with alot of access to stores and restaurants. It is the touristy area of the city so keep that in mind if you are looking to be in a quieter area. I was on the 4th floor, but couldn't hear much noise. Rooms are very clean and great condition. Great housekeeping. Staff overall friendly. Overall great hotel. Lobby area and public spaces need some updating and would be my only comment about furnishings and not having a coffee maker in the rooms are the only two slight comments about the accomodations.

Staff employees were courteous and helpful. Location was perfect, centric, close to train stations and places of interest such as Plaza Mayor. Free coffee and tea are a plus. Room needs some improvements, tiles right outside of the shower were loose.
