Our shower backed up onto the bathroom floor all the way to the bathroom door. We let them know around 5:45 and around 10:15 I had to go up to the front desk and let them know that we couldn't use the bathroom because the smell was atrocious. When they came to fix it there was human waste and toilet paper all over the shower floor. They had to move us to another room that took 4 hours to cool down.

Hotel is great, service/maintenance needs to improve, would be better if there were more bartenders at the bar. Overall moderately clean, maids needs to stop snooping around baggage during cleaning
