I paid ~$350/night so I'm not too upset about this but I found the food to be quite bad and the drinks subpar. The beach itself is quite nice though. The rooms feel like a touch above a random motel you'd find in the states. The rates at this place swing quite a lot so if I paid anymore than this I'd feel totally robbed. That being said, the staff are friendly and helpful. I think it's overall this is a get-what-you-pay-for situation. God bless

We also stayed at Playa Bonita for a week. It was the most gorgeous beach I've ever experienced. The area is lovely but a bit remote - not a lot to do, but there are a few good restaurants. Great place for relaxing!
