Beds, towels and rooms were clean. Some rooms for our team had leaking faucets, our bathroom light switch was not right had to mess with it to get to shut off, hair dryer did not work, staff was nice, pool was great, water pressure is great, was a quite hotel and great for the price of the night.

The staff was friendly and our room was just what we needed after a day of exploring Springfield.

The room besides bed and tv bare no were to put luggage but on floor, Not joking. Not like the pictures leed you to believe. Stairs to second floor another suprise.(older folks)

The room had been remodeled, very well done except the trim in bathroom. The bathroom door swung open and the handle hit the glass shower door pretty hard if you didn't catch it. The AC never got the room temp below 75, no matter how much you adjusted the thermostat. Weird because it was blasting full speed and 66° when we first entered, and turned it down. The pool water was cloudy, and way over chlorinated. In fact, you could smell "chlorine" (pool odor) on the third floor. Staff was great, frielndly. The bed was soft, like a down topper, very comfortable. Mattress contained in a protective bag. The breakfast area in the lobby was very good and very well stocked. The lobby and halls were very clean. In some places the wallpaper poorly adhered along the top and seams. Ice and vending well supplied. No sign of mold or mildew in our ice machine (yes, I checked - bad experience elsewhere). All in, not a bad deal. But pushing the price point. We would stay again.

The staff was friendly, the rooms look to be recently updated. Ours was clean and the beds were comfy. Beyond that, everything is very basic (small towels, no tissues in the room, no storage space, etc). My biggest "complaint" was that although we were in a no smoking room on a no smoking floor our room smelled like smoke every night we walked in (and weed at least once). While getting ready in the AM the smell of smoke was often coming in through a vent in the bathroom. If you are very sensitive to this, I would not recommend. We were there 5 nights.
