I was given a different room from the one I booked and the front desk was kinda rude. Parking was not an option and they make no effort to inform you of this prior, but offer a costly/ pressured valet solution on arrival... Room felt like a motel 6. Very outdated and alot of things were broken. For the price you'd expect the sink to at least drain properly. Or a toliet seat that was installed correctly and not half off the bowl. Pool was filthy, 1/10 clean/safe. 5/10 overall rating cause it could have been worse. Aside from 1 rude front desk lady with a wrist brace, everyone else was very pleasant. Hotel is conveniently located to most places, which is a perk cause they take your car for good. So make sure you unloaded everything in one go!

Convenient location and easy check in.

I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood. What I did not appreciate was the tenor of the persons tone as he threatened a few times to "call the cops," even after I assured him that I had reached my family member. His manner was mean-spirited and ominous. Then again, I suppose he had a right to be, considering the children's behavior and the insensitivity to other tenants. I would not payback a steep price for the accommodations again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Staff and amenities were great! We loved our room. However, it looks like there were some drinks left in the mini fridge from the patron before us. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay.
