“This is a wonderful place, high quality and very well maintained. It has all the amenities you need, and in a great location on the West side of the island. The West side has a lot to offer, and still you can reach the center easily. The hosts are friendly. I fully recommend this cottage!”

“The property was exactly as described in the ad. Welcome package including snacks, wine and compete bathroom toiletries was unexpected. Kitchen is equipped to prepare anything for anyone!! The view is outstanding and the hot tub worked as we expected...nicely. 4 mature adults stayed for 2 nights and were quite happy with everything. The folder with all info was a great help and communication with Julia and Matthew was quick. Would definitely recommend this property.”

“Lovely home! Views are stunning from every window. The kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. The dining table is a centrepiece with lots of space to share a meal with your group. The local beaches noted in the house book were great for walking and beach combing (we were lucky with finding lots of sea glass). Lots to do in the house with the family on a rainy day. Birds a plenty and we even saw a seal! A wonderful stay. ”

“Absolutely wonderful home. Sara was truly amazing at getting US all organized, prior to our arrival, upon our arrival and her attention to detail in the home is impeccable! First Class HOST! “We spent a wonderful week on Kildare Capes. The beach at the location was fabulous and the house was all we expected. Hosted a couple of big meals for relatives from the Island (lots of room at the house!). Perfect property for the 6 adults we had staying there! Great location near Alberton, Tignish and the north end of the Island.”

“ Lorney's Place proved to be wonderful place for our visit to the island! Upon arrival it was extremely clean with everything needed for our stay readily available. The location is excellent with easy access to the Mill River. The hosts were available when we required a few items or had questions, they even provided a propane burner and pot for our lobster boil...Thank you Paul and Gail we are already thinking of booking next summer for a lo ger stsy. 5 Stars!”

“We had a group of 12 family and friends traveling.This was our 5th yr going to different places.Everyone had a great time.Just what we all needed. We lost wifi for about 12 hrs and the 3 teenegers actually came out to play some games with us.The pull out beds were a bit uncomfortable for us older folks but the hot tub helpes with any ailments.Thanks for the extra smores kit and the nice welcome you left us.
