Be one of the first to enjoy this completely renovated 1 bedroom cottage overlooking the majestic Kildare Capes and the Atlantic Ocean! Situated on 3 acres, enjoy the peace & quiet of PEI with the sounds of the ocean at your doorstep! Perfect for 2 people, the 'Crooked Cottage' has everything needed to simply relax and unwind! The covered porch is the perfect place to start your day and enjoy the sunrise, while the fire pit is the place to be if wanting to see a million stars!!

New for 2023 we have built a bunkie with two single beds and a porch to enjoy the sunrise or sit near the firepit and see the stars.

Situated between the towns of Alberton and Tignish we are minutes away from local amenities. A short drive along Highway 12 will take you past several working harbors where fresh seafood is readily available! Drive to the end of the island to see the North Cape lighthouse, enjoy dinner or simply relax and enjoy some of the most incredible sunsets in the world!

The property has been inspected & licensed by Tourism PEI(Licence # 2101283)!!

*Note No direct beach access from our property, but a short 5-minute drive will get you to the beautiful and private St. Felix beach.
** Enjoy the night skies while sitting around our outdoor fire pit or listen to the sounds of the ocean atop the Kildare Capes

The Crooked Cottage Experience
We were pleased with the Cottage, but it would have been better if it was a little bigger and they cleared the high grass and bushes at the water's edge of the property for a better view of the ocean etc. We had technical issues with my husbands phone so could not contact the owners or manager. Now if I had their email I could have used my laptop to contact all, so it isn't the property owners fault. We live in the country so we know how to take care of everything. Overall the Cottage was perfect for us, for what we needed to do in P.E.I.

Property and cottage has everything you need. Pretty ocean lookout spot is a bonus. Wifi and BBQ both worked well. Host was easy to reach and helpful. Looking forward to returning to the Crooked Cottage next time we're out east!!

Such a great place, everything you could possibly need in a compact space. Great for exploring Western PEI. Atticus enjoyed the wide open lawn to chase his ball and we enjoyed the view.

A chilly week in Tignish
Very comfortable cottage perfect set up for our needs. We had a bad weather week so we could not enjoy the outside amenities of the cottage. We found plenty of interesting sights and activities to keep us busy. Enjoyed interacting with the locals who often seemed to become instant friends. Would definitely return!
