As a pet owner, I was thrilled with their pet-friendly policy—our furry friend was welcomed with open arms, making the trip stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. The pool and hot tub were absolute highlights, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and fun with stunning mountain views as a backdrop. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness, ensuring every need was met with a smile. A special shoutout to the security team, who were professional and made us feel incredibly safe throughout our stay. The place was really nice i subtracted points because,there was a strong small of gas i think coming from the fireplace and also the elevator was broken so we needed to used the stairs with all our luggages but, other than that communication and cleanliness was on point.
