"We were traveling by car and the hotel was easy to find. We had pre arranged to park at the hotel and the fee was reasonable. We had a delay on getting to hotel by a day but on calling the hotel they were very accommodating and sent an email with codes on to get in if we arrived late in the day. On arrival check in was simple and quick. We booked a family room for 4, which consisted bunkers and a pull out sofabed. The room was very compact and wasn’t much space. "The house was really clean and had everything we needed, perfect for our three generation family holiday. Communication with the manager was clear and the odd question we had was answered quickly. The only slightly disappointing point was when the manager advised via WhatsApp the day before departure that we had to leave by 10am when the booking stated check out was 11am and this was backed up by information at the house.
