Newly refurbished bright modern one bedroom flat in a Victorian building (built c 1901). Located in Stoke, close to city centre, 9 mins from The Box, 8 mins to the Barbican.

You enter into the lounge dining room with a modern kitchen to the right newly built and finished with solid walnut wood. This has all the mod cons including an induction instant heat hob and new oven. There is a modern statement extractor that has remote controls suspended from the ceiling at optimal height. There are the usual kitchens appliances available to you such as the microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a compact separate fridge freezer.

The lounge part of the room has high ceilings with a sofa bed big enough for 2 people. but there is also another z bed available stored in the main bedroom underneath the master double bed.
There is a TV and dining area with table and 4 chairs. Extra bedding will be provided when needed.

In the bedroom there is a very comfortable double bed with a TheraPur ActiGel® Plus Response 4200 Mattress with side table and wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en-suite is also located in the room with a large shower.
