“To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half……

“Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.”

“The house was amazing and provided us with a stylish base to relax in while we visited near by HMS Raleigh. The bedrooms are spacious and offer a good degree of luxury. The kitchen and living rooms are equally spacious and finished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The only issue we encountered was the lack of parking. Vrbo did try direct us to a private car park but the directions were unclear. Ultimately we used the Crown Plaza car park , convenient but expensive. The……

“The apartment is right on the hoe. Plenty of places to see. Lots of dog walks. Town centre is walkable too. The apartment itself was lively and clean and bright. The only gripe I had was the people in the upstairs apartment were very heavy footed and made my dogs nervous.”
