Newly Renovated Home w Garage, Near Old Town

Summary:
The whole group will have a pleasant stay in this newly renovated home! We are located very close to a plethora of fun outdoor activities! Our 4 bedrooms will comfortably sleep 8-9 of your closest family or friends. The back yard is fenced, and complete with a garage for all the outdoor toys! This place is close to Edson Fitcher (great swimming, fishing, and bike trails), Gibson Jack and Blackrock (both popular camping, dirt bike, and ATV trail areas) 8 minutes to the hospital and ISU, 2 minutes to Old Town Pocatello, 30 minutes to Lava Hot Springs, and 25 minutes to Pebble Creek Ski area.
On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room that seamlessly connects to the kitchen/dining area. Here, there is a large dining and kitchen. Laundry is right off the main level bathroom. From the kitchen, you can easily access the back semi-outdoor eating area and backyard. On this level is two bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs, we have another large living space with a TV and two bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet. The best mode of transportation is car, but you could easily ride bikes to Edson Fitcher. There is parking on the property driveway and in the garage.
This Bnb does have a private entrance, kitchen, and all essentials.

Nice stay

This was a lovely home w/comfy beds, LR furniture & the bathroom towels were top notch. My only suggestion is to have coffee/tea available & some glass wine glasses.. I would not hesitate to rent again. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

Large, spacious house, in quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay! Convenient to downtown and mtb trails. Large garage to safely secure our mountain bikes. Well equipped kitchen, although as some one else mentioned, no small glass or wine glasses. Would have been nice to have a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the back porch.

Cute little place for a short stay!

House was perfect for out trip. We were in town for a wedding and it fit our large group perfectly. A few dirty dishes in the cubboards and I felt the dishwasher didn't work properly. When we arrived we found all the bath towels still in dryer. at least they were clean and dry. Wish the yard had been mowed, but overall great stay!

Women's Weekend

Every year we do a women's weekend for my mother. She gets to do a bucket list item and stay in a new place. My mother is losing her sight and her hearing. I want her to have as many experiences as she can manage. We chose Pocatello because her sister lives here. The house was perfect for our stay! It has everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

The house was mostly great. We loved the tile showers and the granite counter top. Many nice features to make it pleasant. It just needs some maintenance issues finished. My wife and I owned and maintained rentals for over 25 years. If you have your maintenance person call me I would give him a list of the items we noticed. Thanks again for letting us rent your house. 🙂

Loved that it was very spacious! Downside of it is that there are the really basic utensils in the kitchen available. Some dishes were a little dirty as well as only one throw on blanket. But not really a huge problem. The beds were all super comfortable. The house squeaks a ton for any light sleeper. But it was fine for us. House is a little empty, but very clean

This property’s location could not have been any better for our families stay. The home is spacious and very clean. The property manager was great to work with. Easy checkin and out. We had a great stay and would rent this property again.
