An excellent hotel in a great location, with most of the main tourist attractions just around the corner. We loved the breakfast—it was very varied and generous, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel. The entire team is very professional, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service.

Great location! I wasn’t sure when we first got to the property but the room was clean and roomy. The only downside was lots of noise from the street. They provide ear plugs but . . .

I definitely recommend this apartment. My family of 4 stayed four nights here and the location was perfect to explore both old town and the Jewish quarter as well as easy access to public transportation such as trams, trains and busses. We arrived late around 9pm so it was very dark and we didn't find the light switched in the halls until the next morning so finding the room was kind of difficult for us. I think the main issue was that in the US, floor 1 is the floor you enter on. So the instructions were clear aftrr understanding that floor 1 is one flight up. That took us a little bit of time to figure out and since it was super dark in the building, my kids were scared. But once we went upstairs, we easily found the room and all was good. The room also was fairly warm but there are fans and we were able to open the windows so it worked out fine. I should also note that the communication was great from fragola apartments... they even let me back into the room after check out to quickly look for something I had lost. I would definitely stay again!

Everything about the White Lotus was terrific. Our room was beautiful. We just loved our little balcony. Even the special touches in our room made us feel welcome. We even found more cookies at the little shop on the corner. The staff communicated every detail perfectly for the check-in process. Oh! Don't forget Location Location Location!
