Your four-legged family members are more than welcome here. The property is securely fenced, so your dog can explore the garden freely. They can even join you inside, but please bring your own pet beds as they’re not allowed on the furniture.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in three stylish bedrooms. The master suite is a haven of light and relaxation, featuring a king bed, ceiling fan, R/C aircon, and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and vanity.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with a Dyson fan, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with two sets of bunks and R/C aircon.

The living area is bathed in natural light and seamlessly connects to the deck, creating a fantastic space for family gatherings. The dining area seats 8, and the lounge features two large couches around a warm wood Canarra heater (with a starter pack of wood provided). Stay comfortable year-round with gas ducted heating and R/C aircon in the living area.

Enjoy your favorite shows with Wifi and a smart TV that connects to your pay TV accounts.

The generous kitchen is a cook’s delight, equipped with a new Bosch oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a new fridge. There’s also a wine fridge in the laundry and Smeg appliances like a toaster, kettle, and blender. It’s all you need to whip up delicious meals.

Step outside to discover the fantastic deck and under-sail dining space, perfect for alfresco meals. Grill up a feast on the new Heston Blumenthal gas BBQ or relax in the outdoor lounge under the tree canopy. The secure backyard features lush grass and beautiful gardens—ideal for kids and pets to play.

The home also includes a front-loading washing machine and dryer, a new clothesline, and a double garage with a table tennis table and surfboard racks.
