Stayed only one night after the Branson Air Show. Did not get to enjoy the amenities as we were tired after spending all day in the sun. The room was clean with the exception of a spill that had not been cleaned off the television.

The staff were friendly. However, At check-in my parking pass was not given to me so we received three calls about it at 7:30 the next morning. The condo looks just like the pictures and was roomy for my large family, but was a little dated. The carpet throughout was old and stained and the stove burners in the kitchen were hard to use because they were bent up. They didn’t provide simple kitchen utensils like pancake turners and they only had a few pans and one sheet pan, which made cooking a bit of a hassle. They didn’t provide dish soap we had to get our own, and they didn’t have extra trash bags available. We have a large family, so that would have been helpful as all of the trash cans were very full when we left. Also, although the rooms were clean at a glance, there were cobwebs and spiders everywhere (some dead, some alive). I recommend that they get their property sprayed by pest control. When we first walked in, we killed 5 spiders within the first 10 minutes. On day two of our stay, I found two more spiders in the laundry area and another bug came crawling in as we were sitting in the living room area. In addition to that, when I went to use a towel from the bathroom downstairs, there was a bug inside of it. Lastly, the shower in the main room had mold inside of it.

UNORGANIZED. ANNOYING AGGRESSIVE SALES PITCH TO SIGN UP FOR A CLASS. (probably time share) AND THEY NEED TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR ASAP. Oh, and they called me two weeks after I checked out to try and charge me a resort fee. AVOID THIS RESORT AND ITS “SISTER RESORTS”! Very unorganized and they will annoy you during your stay about signing up for a two hour class and they will call you after you check out multiple times. $250 deposit hold and an additional $56 resort fee at check in. That’s on top of whatever you pay on here. It was hard to even find the office to check in, and once you do they are more concerned with giving you a repetitive sales pitch for a 2-hour meeting to save you money on your stay. Very cringy and annoying when I just want to check in and enjoy my vacation. And the building we stayed at was COVERED in spiders, the ceiling as you walk to your room is covered in cobwebs and crawling spiders at night! There was dead spiders in our room and cobwebs on our ceiling light above the bed! To top it off, they’ve called me three times since we checked out. We stayed there September 5th and they called me multiple times to ask if I enjoyed my stay and also today asking me to pay a $56 resort fee that they forgot to charge me at check-in time.
