Nicely appointed 2 bedroom family suite.
Great views of Cooks bay.
Decent snorkeling in the bay.
Needs improvement:
1. Restaurant service is VERY slow. Staff needs additional training on customer awareness of all tables while they are walking from one table back to the kitchen or bar, not just the table they went to. Had to ask for water, drink order, food order, and follow up on long wait for food order to be delivered.
2. Kitchen should be stocked with basics like 1 additional cutting knife beyond a bread knife, and more cooking utensils beyond 1 old wooden spoon.

The resort is exquisite with the largest swimming pool I have ever been in. There are several restaurants on the premises serving tasty food - but breakfast is not included. The hotel is not far from Pape’ete. The hotel only suggests taxi service although public transportation is also available. The accommodations were most comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
