“It was such a pleasure meeting Bill and Veda during our stay! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us a delicious breakfast each morning and even packing up extra fruit for us to take to the beach, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place itself is beautiful, cozy, and made us feel right at home. For our first visit to the Outer Banks, we truly couldn't have picked a better place to stay. “The room we were assigned was disgusting. There was vomit in the toilet and it was clogged when we entered the room. There appeared to be makeup on the pillow cases and the towels were dingy and yellow, the TV remote had grime caked into the buttons. This was all brought up to the front desk staff. They apologized and said they would speak with the manager about this. We never heard back from any of the management. I never leave reviews, but this place is disgusting and should be avoided at all……

“We were really thrilled to be staying right on the beach. Their pool area was closed and there was no where to wash off all the sand from the beach. We weren't super impressed with the hotel and staff. The room was nice though!”
