“I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. “Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. “Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !”

“This hotel was very close to the ferry boat marina and cruise ship docks. It's walkable to many shops and restaurants and right on a main street so I enjoyed the noise and vibrancy from the 2nd floor deck. My room was spotlessly clean and had a small fridge and a working air conditioner. The large deck was for all guests and overlooked the street. I was able to walk to the water where a cruise ship was docked, and then later that evening to a very enjoyable restaurant, that overlooked the……

“I liked the room, the location of the hotel. I liked that the owner brought us tea upon our arrival at the hotel. The facility was clean, spacious and it felt like home away from home. The owner's daughter Shauna, helped me tremendously as I unfortunately had a fall outside of the hotel and Shauna assisted me greatly with ice packs, special pain gel for my knee and also allowed me to have a lower level accommodation as it was difficult for me to manage the steps. “The host was chill, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We paid for the shuttle service which was very convenient. The location is within walking distance from many great sites, including Trafalgar falls. I'd recommend staying for more than 1 night to really enjoy the area. The spa and natural pools in the river where perfectly refreshing. There is no bug net, but the fan did the trick and there weren't many biting bugs around anyway. I'd highly recommend the dinner! The portions are generous!”
