“Aircon was broken and office closed by the time I went to put it on. Literally wore two layers of clothing and a blanket. I woke up in the morning and could clearly see my breath. Second night the staff laughed and said “oh it was a very cold night I’ll show you how to turn it on” for them to realise it was broken. Also had people partying next door until 4am when I asked them to tone it down - it would have been nice if the staff had instead.”

“Good location...off street parking with supermarket across road.Our unit was recently redecorated by the look and presented clean and tidy.Room serviced each day as well.Having 2 TVs was an added bonus.”

“Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Decor could do with a general freshen up but was suitable for our needs. Liked that the rooms were away from street frontage which helped minimise road noise. Owner very friendly and helpful.”
