  • Individual house of 180 m2, 5 rooms, 13 seats in total (with the possibility of extending two seats maximum if requested previously), (tb have extra cradle), 42 square meters living room with children's area in sight of parents, large terrace, 3 full bathrooms, modern kitchen, small independent office, porch, barbecue and fenced outdoor area. Very good communications on the road, a few minutes by car from the coast and tourist areas such as Santillana del Mar, the caves of Altamira, Viesgo Bridge, Santander or the Nature Park of Cabarceno.
