Had a wonderful vacation at the Mayan Princess. The room was super nice and the food was pretty good for buffet all inclusive. 13 days and didn't really get tired of the menu. The beach was very clean but very busy as expected. The reef was awesome with hours of snorkeling new areas. The one complaint about West Bay is that all the water taxis, dive boats, and tour boats were constantly driving around and many were 2-stroke outboards to the smell of gas and exhaust was sometimes pretty bad.

This hotel is phenomenal, I believe it’s the nicest property in West Bay and is located in front of one of the best snorkeling places on the island. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. My only complaint is that despite the hotel’s air-conditioning working very well and keeping the hotel very cool, my room (430) had a strong, musty smell, as did the lobby of that floor and the hallway, so likely other rooms also suffer from this issue too. Hopefully the hotel will fix this.

ARCA was great and cozy. The staff is amazing. The manager is even better, Probably beyond their control but a little less trees over the pool would make more appealing. But the food was delicious and the rooms were modern, chic and cozy. Love the aesthetics!
