Villa Lux for eight people with pool

Villa Lux, one of the most exclusive properties in Mallorca, proudly stands at the top of El Vilar hill, overlooking Puerto Pollensa. Offering the most impressive views of the sea and the Tramuntana mountains, Villa Lux is the perfect choice for truly luxurious holidays in a completely private and panoramic location. With 4 spacious bedrooms, large windows, spacious terraces and a large private pool, this villa has been designed with comfort and class in mind.



Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors (with over 500 m²) where the main living area is located on the upper floor and the 4 bedrooms are on the lower floor. On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, along with 2 living rooms and a toilet. The views that can be enjoyed from the enormous windows are truly impressive, and will leave even the most demanding guests speechless. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living-dining room. Large patio doors open to furnished terraces with sea views.



On the lower floor, there are 4 bedrooms: a spacious master suite with its own bathroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms (one with 2 standard single beds, the other with 2 beds of 150 cm width) that share a family bathroom. There is also a practical kitchen that provides access to the pool patio. As with the upper floor, the bedrooms enjoy unique and unobstructed views.



Outside, Villa Lux is surrounded by large terraces with views of the sea and the pool, gently caressed by the Mallorcan breeze and completely private. Outdoor dining facilities are provided, along with a brick barbecue.

The spacious private pool, which receives sun all day long, measures 9m x 4.5m. Comfortable sun loungers, relaxation areas, and a ping pong table are provided to enjoy even more.



The villa will be clean and ready for your arrival and will be cleaned on the day of your departure.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
