"We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

"This apartment was absolutely the perfect spot for our family of four to enjoy our first trip to Mallorca. Everything was sparkling clean and even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the wonderful hosts even left us some food, which was much appreciated since we arrived late in the evening. The whole area was beautiful and very quiet with lots to do nearby. We were very happy to use the kayak a few times. Communication with the hosts was very easy...

"Pros: Eine sehr schöne Finca mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Da sie recht abgelegen ist wird auf jeden Fall ein Leihwagen benötigt,was uns aber vorher bewusst war. In der Finca war alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Das kein Pool vor Ort war stellte kein Problem dar weil das Meer weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt war. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Lediglich die bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft trübten die...

"Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at this property. The location is 3 minutes from the beach and the restaurants there which was perfect. The apartment is well laid out and has plenty of space. We spent a lot of time on the terrace working or just relaxing. "My family and I (7people) stayed in Casa Maria over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more idyllic, set towards the bottom of the historic Calvari steps in the heart of Pollenca, close to the square. The house is large with four floors, one of which is a comfortable roof terrace with superb views over the town and the Puig de Santa Maria. The three double bedrooms and the twin are lovely, one of which has the most amazing panoramic view. There’s plenty of space...
