Ca na Maria is a modern and welcoming accommodation located in the heart of Pollença, perfect for families and couples seeking a peaceful getaway in Mallorca. This cosy dwelling offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere with all the necessary amenities to enjoy unforgettable holidays.



The house has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It features a double bed and two single beds, ideal for small families or small groups. The interior is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump to ensure maximum comfort in any season.



The American kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. In addition, it has satellite television and WiFi connection to keep you connected.



A highlight of the property is its private 3x5 metre swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The exterior offers a 20 square metre terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.



Its location is unbeatable, just 200 metres from the centre of Pollença and with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. A short distance away are incredible beaches such as Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean Sea.



No pets or smoking are allowed inside. It is a perfect destination for those seeking tranquillity and comfort in a privileged setting in Mallorca.

Gute Lage und dennoch ruhig

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, Supermarkt sowie Restaurant und Geschäfte zu Fuß zu erreichen. Innenhof mit Pool ist schattig gelegen. In den Herbstmonaten ist daher keine Sonne am Pool. Pool wird regelmäßig gefiltert und sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Check in super, mit Schlüsselbox. Die Strandtücher könnten größer sein. Die Einrichtung wirkt recht kühl und wenig gemütlich.

Keys were in a key box. Once inside there were no instructions for anything! The guide book was hidden a drawer. No instructions on how to log on to internet. Called number given and they at first didn’t recognise the property and gave me wrong password! Several water leaks - shower bathroom sink washing machine. Water was dangerously hot! No instructions for TV. Pool wasn’t set up properly. The only saving grace was that the agent was super efficient and got everything repaired the same day I reported issues.

Honnêtement nous sommes un peux mitigé, car autant l’emplacement situé à 5 minutes à pied du vieux Pollença, le grand parking gratuit situé juste en bas de la maison, l’intérieur de la maison sont top, autant le bruit de la climatisation dans l’une des chambres, la lumière du candélabre situé juste sur le balcon côté chambres, équipé de rideaux mais transparent, l’humidité que vous ressentez au Rdc, (heureusement que l’habitation est situé au 1er) mais qui se propage dans le coin ombragé de la piscine, se qui engendre une grande quantité de moustiques, du mes 6,7 piqures des la première après-midi, une piscine qui n’as pas été nettoyer durant notre séjour (une semaine) et qui en avais bien besoin, nous ont en peux gâché notre séjour. Sans parler de l’accueil inexistant, vue que nous récupérons les clés via un coffre à clés, donc pas de petits conseils bien utile de l’hôte, pour nous conseiller. Avons réclamé pour le bruit de la climatisation, mais aucun retour. En résumé, nous estimons que cette location ne vaux pas le prix demandé et que nous avons payé.

Great Location in Pollensa

We booked this as a last minute get away and it was perfect for our needs. A five minute walk in to the main square with all the amenities even closer. The property was in good condition and clean, we very much enjoyed our stay!
