Our confortable holiday villa is situated outside of the old and cultural town Pollensa.
This villa is a lovely spot for a family holiday, set in exquisitely maintained gardens and just a short drive from all the historic sites, or by foot. Cafes and shops of Pollensa. It is a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside which is very gentle and flat and ideal for cycling. It's also less than 10 minutes away from the sea in the friendly resort of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente

The property is very nice situated and offers the privacy and the peace that you need. Is only 1,5 Km far from Pollensa where you can find restaurants, bars, museum, art exhibitions, supermarkets, etc.., also you have the Golf club 3 km far from our villa, Cala San Vicente beach is only 4 km far from our villa. Also you have 2 big supermarkets very close, only 10 minutes by walk from our property.

The villa is designed, decorated and furnished to the highest standards by its artist Sculptor owner, Miquel Cerdà, the villa contains paintings and sculptures from his private collection and art gallery.

Upon entering in our 180m2 villa there is a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen with marble worktops including vitro hob, electric oven, grill, microwave, dish washer, freezer, fridge, and breakfast area.

Few steps more you have a large dining area set on a raised area overlooking the lounge-living area with Hi-Fi, SAT TV, DVD player, including WIFI that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

From the living-area you have access to a covered pool terrace and dining area where you can enjoy relaxing meal. Also you will find the swimming-pool, the fabulous garden area and a nice BBQ area where you can cook, surrounded by lawns and trees.

The villa has 3 bedrooms in total with air-conditioned, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite complete bathroom with direct access to the terrace, and two twin rooms share a further complete bathroom. Also you have a bathroom and a shower in the swimming-pool area.
The villa is completelly heated for the winter period.

Close to the Pollensa Golf and Sport Center: Golf Information:The Pollensa Golf Club is open to non members and only 5 minutes by car. The challenging 9 hole courses have been described as some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, a swimming pool, rental of clubs, trolleys and golf cars also available. Tuition can be arranged and there are regular tournaments.

Sport Center information: The Sport Center is open to non members and only 1 minute walking. You can practice tennis, football, climbing, running, etc....

Wow, we simply loved every minute of our stay. The villa is stunning and every where you turn there is more incredible artwork/ sculptures. The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped for six adults. We loved having all our meals out on the terrace over looking the pool. It was such a comfortable stay and none of us wanted to come home. Great location so easy to walk into Pollensa and easy to get the buses to the beaches and Palma. Would love to come and back again. Thank you for the most memorable 50th birthday celebration.

Villa Norai
We loved everything about it! The property is beautiful. We found it worth studying the abundant artwork, including the many outdoor sculptures. Objects and paintings are thoughtfully placed, beautiful, and intriguing. The garden is lovely. The house, pool, and outdoor living space were clean and well-maintained. The outdoor living space was a great place to eat our meals when we cooked at the villa. It got cold-ish at nights while we were there, and we were glad for the heating. The house is very well situated, you can easily walk to the center of Pollença and drive to any place else. We walked to Port Pollença and the beach (about 5 km each way). The hosts were friendly and gave us helpful info on activities in town, places to buy groceries (very close to the villa), and places to bike and hike. Overall, we loved our stay.

Fabulous villa is
Villa is superb. Situated just outside Pollensa but within walking distance. Supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk on the other direction. The grounds are beautiful, the villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated us (family of 6). The communication was excellent and meet and greet was a lovely touch. Very happy to recommend this to anyone.

Nice house and close to town. Great pool area. One negative - Twin beds in one bedroom need replacing or repairing. Nothing to do with the house at all but don’t forget to take mosquito repellent, it’s essential !

Amazing villa in perfect location
Lovely traditional property on the outskirts of Pollensa - beautifully kept with lots of original artwork to admire. The garden and pool area were fabulous to relax in and with a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance we had a fabulous week.

Lovely villa
This villa is really lovely. The pool area is amazing. The villa is really spacious and well cared for. Really nice that the villa was cleaned during our stay and the pool was cleaned too. Easy to enjoy the sun but lots of shade too. We really enjoyed using the outside cooking area and ate every meal outside too. Easy to walk into Pollenca which is so pretty. Lovely restaurant over the road from villa too. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely villa within walking distance of Pollensa Town
The villa is perfect for a family holiday. Lovely pool, outdoor eating area, spacious, AC in bedrooms (although a little noisy) and an easy walk to the centre of town. Maria made check in easy and was on hand and quickly resolved a couple of issues. The only suggestions for improvement would be to supply some toys (as listed in the itinerary) and basic kitchen/household items (eg. washing up liquid, kitchen towels, loo roll etc) as it was a little inconvenient having to purchase these relatively low cost items. In summary, we had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend this accommodation to prospective clients.

Happy family holiday
We were 7 people alltogether staying in this beautiful villa. I have one son living in Sweden, with wife and my 2,5 year old grandson. We only meet once or twice/year. My other son lives in London with his wife and my other 3,5 year old grandson. Although I see my London family often, the 2 families don't meet very often. This was a great opportunity for my two grandsons to really bond and get to know each other well. The villa was perfect on all levels. Although the swimmingpool was a bit cold to get into, as the days hot warmer we all made good use of it. The outside kitchen was great for bbq's and got used too. The house itself is amazing...!! To have a seperate laundry room is great, especially with little children. In the garden there's a table tennis table, which got used a lot. We also brought a badminton set...so plenty of activities every day. We had a large hired car with 2 child seats, and did a fair amount of driving around. The mountains are simply stunning! Maria met us on our arrival. She was also close by when we needed to ask about anything. We met Miguel the last day. They are a lovely friendly family and will make sure you're happy. All in all....it was a wonderful week. Thank you so much. Eva

A lovely villa in a fabulous location.
A great experience from start to finish! We had 10 days in this lovely villa, myself and my husband and another couple. There was everything you could want in the villa with a lovely welcome pack upon arrival. It’s a 30 minute stroll to the centre of old town Pollensa through the lovely winding streets with a range of restaurants to choose from. It is a short walk to the Lidl to stock up on groceries with an Eroski opposite for fresh fish & meats etc. Maria & Miquel we’re quick to respond to any messages before and during our arrival. Other than the midges which are all part of Mallorca and the occasional barking from the local animal shelter we had no complaints. All in all a lovely break and I would highly recommend staying.

Villa Norai gave us just what we were looking for. Lovely villa with interesting history, fantastic garden and outdoor kitchen area, and a great pool. We have been to Pollenca countless times over the past 20 years and have never enjoyed it more.

Stunning villa!
We had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Norai. The villa is beautifully appointed and very unique. The pool was wonderful, UV filtered we think. Location was excellent, 2mins walk to the bus stop and 10mins walk into the enchanting Pollensa Old Town. Highly recommend….faultless!

Great location and property
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this rustic Mallorcan villa. Highlights being the large pool, the shaded terrace, the outdoor bbq kitchen and the great location. Pollenca is a short walk away, Puerto Pollensa a 7 min drive. Property was spotlessly cleaned. If you are an art fan you will particularly enjoy the artworks. Any issues were quickly resolved by Maria who is on hand next door. Good communications with owner. We would definitely return.

We will be back. Super for families. Would be just perfect if the pool was heated (a little too chilly in October for infants) but we made it work by using the local pool in port de Pollença for their first swim.

Some areas are tired
on the whole the property is ok but there are a few things that really let it down and spoilt the experience but they are all fixable. The family bathroom is really grubby, the swimming pool tiling was clearly done a long time ago and isn’t cleaned regularly enough. There was green algae in the corners of the pool also. It would be helpful if the kitchen was also better equipped.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Norai. The villa was beautiful and the swimming pool was great. The kids loved it. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and was in a great location, close to supermarkets, beaches and the town of Pollença. Miquel was great, responding quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Norai the villa is in an excellent location within 10 mins walk of town and a bus stop at top of drive way to palma and the port. You are a 5 mins walk to two excellent supermarkets and also two excellent restaurants Brasserie and Finca49. The issue we had (which couldn’t be resolved by the owner so didn’t bring it up!) was that we happened to be there during an almighty heatwave. On this unusual occasion we really felt disappointed that the entire villa wasn’t air conned (only the bedrooms are) we also suffered with terrible mosquito bites because of all the surrounding garden and greenery so couldn’t sit out too long on an evening. I appreciate these things couldn’t be helped and it was a freak weather situation. We travelled with my 15 month old and it’s worth noting the pool isn’t gated she wasn’t walking so not an issue for us but maybe for others. The bathroom with the bath is extremely small but we managed. Bathrooms in general are dated and could be updated. 3 bedrooms two of which have small twin beds which is always a bit disappointing. Villa maintained really well Miquel mum was extremely helpful offering us a bigger and more comfortable cot than the one first supplied. Which was most appreciated. Suggest supplying a thicker mattress for the other cot as it really was hard! Kitchen and bbq area well kitted out and a nice touch leaving the pool floats. Would definitely stay again as I know what to expect now and the location is brilliant. Don’t be put off by main road you can’t hear anything but the cockerel next door :-) the owners left some little supplies for us arriving which was very useful but it would of been handy to have some washing up liquid / dishwasher tabs also. thanks for having us :-)

Lovely Villa
We had such a lovely time at the Villa. The house was just perfect and in such a great location. We were welcomed with a welcome pack of fresh fruits, water, jam , bread and milk. Everything is so clean and tidy and the owners were very kind and attentive. So much so, that when I wasn’t very well they took me to the emergency doctor and stayed with me to help translate. It’s only a 10 minutes walk into the town. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. All in all we loved our stay and hope to come back again one day.
