  • Family holiday Majorca in a Villa with pool. The Villa with pool in Pollensa, with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and beautiful outdoor areas, is the perfect villa for a family holiday or . The Villa with pool in Pollença offers spacious outdoor areas with views of the Tramuntana mountains and ensures relaxation under the radiant Majorcan sun.



    The Villa with pool in Majorca consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house has a large living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (the use will be charged extra).



    The guest house offers two further bedrooms, each with its own shower room.

    It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends or also for cycling groups.

    There is a large veranda with barbecue for social evenings.



    The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. In the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately, a deposit of 500 € has to be paid. In the summer season, electricity consumption of 35 KWH / night is included. Additional consumption will be charged separately.



    The beaches of Port Pollensa or Port Alcudia are 10 minutes away by car. Pollensa is about 4 km away. In the Villa with pool in Pollensa you live in peace, in nature and have beaches and shopping facilities nearby.
