It is set back in a quiet area, yet just a couple of minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa´s beautiful sandy beach which has great facilities including a full range of water sports including paddle surf, boat hire, hobbycats and windsurfing school. Located on a quiet street just a few rows back from the main promenade. Situated on the second floor the apartment consists of a spacious lounge/dining area and open plan kitchen with large patio doors, leading directly to a private balcony with views to the pool and mountains, incl. table & seating for 2 people. The shared private pool and large sun terrace is the perfect place to relax away from all the hustle and bustle. It is a secure and small residential building surrounded by Eucalyptus and Pine trees. The town centre, Marina, main market square and Pine walk are a short stroll away, as are cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and of course Pollensa's fantastic beaches. Perfect for couples.
