Surrounded by mountains and beautiful views, Villa Solivellas offers peace and tranquility in an area that has charm and character. The main entrance, located under a covered front terrace, gives us access to a small living room with sofas and a Smart TV. From this area we access a dining room and another living room with comfortable sofas. A separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete this area of the house. From the kitchen a glass door gives us access to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered area with a barbecue, which has a gas hob and a refrigerator. Two internal stairs lead to the bedroom area, which consists of three bedrooms and a double bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has a full bathroom right next to it and the other bedrooms share another full bathroom with a bathtub. It is worth noting that on the lower floor and near the living room there is another bathroom with a shower. The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden with lawn and a small sunbathing area with sun loungers.
