"We loved the size and location of the property. When we arrived the property was clean and the host had left us a welcome pack of food and drink in the fridge. He also popped by on a couple of occasions with a lovely cake. We loved the swimming pool and used it most days. The villa was located up a lane and felt very private. "Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. "It was ok in the main but had some issues with cleanliness. Cobwebs, pool with a few dead insects in the bottom , dead mosquitoes in all the light fittings and smelly drains. It may sound silly but I would come back because the issues , apart from smelly drains, were sorted out fairly quickly. "Villa is very spacious and so is garden and swimming pool. From day 1 communication with Katerina was absolutely perfect. Replied always straight away and answered to all my questions. She is brilliant host. We have arrived very late at night and Katerina left for us food and water. Life saver as we could not buy anything in the shop that day due to late flight arrival. We've had lovely time on our holiday. You can find everything you need in villa including lots of things for children....

"The villa was lovely clean loved the pool there were some issues with the outside lights the dishwasher didn't work but we had a great holiday very relaxing and very quiet lots to do and see but you definitely need a car to get around the view's from the villa are amazing we are thinking of booking again for 2024"

"The villa is perfect, has all you need. The pool was lovely and refreshing after hot days sunbathing. Natasha and Panikos are brilliant hosts and are friendly and informative. Thank you for the welcome and the lovely welcome pack you gave us. The area is really beautiful with old charm Polis to one side and the beach area of Latchi to the other. The food in every restaurant was of high quality and everyone was so friendly! We are back next year! Thank you"

"The reception area is a tiny room and it is locked. You need to dial a number found on the door for someone to come for check in. They advertise pool but pool is empty. Everything they advertise is nearby meaning you need to drive to go there. The apartment though was clean and spacious."
