“I rent a room with 2 Queen bends and extra space for 3 persons and 1 child is clearly written in my reservation, At arrival they give us a room with 1 Queen bed where we can not stay. They want send us to another two hotels they own (transfer) but they were sold out. At the end the front desk person offer to us to stay in a room that have two full beds, When we walk in to the room the beds covers were not clean and stained with who knows what. Walls were also impregnated with apparently coffee……

“Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior.”
