"The room was clean, had decent size but there was a lack of maintenance. The shower head would fall if moved slightly, the toilet cover was missing a hinge, there was a broken towel rack and the main door was missing oil and would squeak everytime it was opened. There is a lack of parking space (only enough for 15 cars or so), no room service available. There is a cafeteria available which closes at 7pm however we went at 6pm and they no longer had food available. The staff was kind and helpful. Definitely not 4 star worthy though."
