"Horrible, disgusting breakfast. Had better at best western last week. The operations manager woke me up at 7am knocking on my door trying to check someone in (at 7am why? Who knows) i didnt get to use the room for 78 hours before i was woken up and told i was given someone elses room last night, again not my problem ehy wake me up. No one in the hotel had business cards as they claimed they just switched managers (office depot is same day) . In the process of getting my money back"

"First I was there at 3:15 pm and front desk said my room wasn't ready. I booked 3 weeks out for a king room. This was upsetting and checked in a hour later. I should had money returned for my inconvenience. Also my shower had mold around the inside of trim. This was disgusting for the price and waiting. Never will book there again. Breakfast was ok but I had better. ☹️"

"Rooms were nice and clean, mattresses were not super comfortable, staff was friendly, overall this is a nice property, the location from the airport was very nice and convenient. "

"Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the amenities or take advantage of the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if visiting the area. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and I35W."
